Katie has been passionate about fitness most of her life. Her background includes dance and gymnastics, where she really learned to appreciate strength and flexibility training, along with physical challenges.
Katie started weight training in high school and has since participated in body building competitions. She has dabbled in many areas of fitness, including, HIIT, boxing, functional, barre and cycle. She is also an experienced aerialist and currently is a silks instructor.
Although health and fitness are huge passions for her, she loves mom/wife life with her two young boys and her husband, Ben.
