Megan is always striving for self-improvement, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. She is passionate about mindfulness and recognizing one’s own ability to control his or her experiences and growth and using the mind/body connection in order to do so.
Megan enjoys anything health and fitness related. She spent 2 years immersed in strongman training, has been a spin instructor for 7 years, is committed to a regular mediation routine and enjoys healthful food sourcing and recipe creating.
Megan is currently finishing a degree in psychology with future plans to become a therapist focused on women’s issues as well as child growth and development. She is a proud mommy to her 4 year old daughter, Harper. Megan can’t wait to lead, inspire and connect with others who are striving to become their best selves!
