Liz Bejgrowicz

Elizabeth connected with her passion for indoor cycling following her competitive swimming career in1997. An athlete at heart, Elizabeth grew-up competing locally before attending Germantown Academy,outside of Philadelphia, and then the University of Notre Dame where she competed for the Fighting Irish. She has been teaching freestyle indoor cycling classes since 2000, but became certified as a Les Mills RPM instructor in 2012 and most recently in Les Mills SPRINT this past summer in July 2018. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker by day, she provides outpatient counseling to those receiving care at The Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute. Elizabeth believes in the power of the mind-body connection and the importance of self-care through both physical fitness and regular meditation. She hopes to use this platform as a way to empower others to reach both their fitness and lifestyle goals. Whether you are a first time rider or an experienced cyclist her classes will help you get stronger and fitter, FAST!
